Strong Girls Club is finally here!

The clients at HardCore Fitness all know that weight lifting is the key to a strong, sexy body. Over the past year, we have had an impressive number of women who have not only transformed their bodies, but have excelled in strength gains. Strong Girls Club is a new program that rewards clients for their hard work, dedication and impressive gains in strength and body recomposition. Specific strength goals are set, and when reached, those who have met the criteria to have made it into the SGC are rewarded with free classes, workshops, and even personal training sessions. We will also be producing our very own HardCore Fitness SGC 2011 fitness calendar! The real reward, however, is how amazing our strong girls look and feel. Workshops will also be held in June, September and December. Specific dates TBA. Each workshop is $20.

 

Congratulations to Susan Jasnos, HardCore's latest official "Strong Girl"!

Also, a big congrats to Strong Girl Tobey Hasegawa, who won a free private session with Missa for winning the single leg box squat challenge! Way to rock it, Tobey! You've got some killer quad and glute strength, girl!

Criteria to be a member of the Strong Girls Club

~ squat 100 lbs for sets of 10
~ bench press over half body weight
~ at least 1 unassisted chin up
~ set of 10 perfect full plank pushups
~ dead lift two 45 lb dumbbells for sets of 10
~ sumo squat 100 lbs for sets of 10
~ set of 10 supine pulls ups
~ shoulder press using two 20 lb dumbbells for sets of 10

 
Perks of being in the Strong Girls Club

~ 4 specialty workshops per year (March, June, September, December)
~ special $40/session rate for private sessions at all times
~ members will be featured on the SGC web page
~ SGC tank top and other special SGC items
~ free classes, workshops and more
~ a photo spot in SGC calendar
and more!

Participants in the quarterly SGC workshops do not need to already be a member. These workshops are designed to give you the tools you will need to be able to meet the criteria of the SGC. At each workshop, you will perform the exercises listed as SGC criteria in order to assess and gauge the level you are at. You will then be given training and instruction on how to work toward reaching the goals and performing the exercises that you still need to work on between then and the next workshop.

Each workshop will also include up to two new exercise goals for members currently in the SGC. Those who reach these goals by the next workshop will earn various awards and prizes. Quarterly workshops are $20 each.

 
The purpose of the Strong Girls Club is to keep you motivated in continuously reaching new goals of strength and/or endurance. Your commitment to yourself and your fitness deserve to be rewarded!
