Fitness Classes

HardCoreLIFTis a weightlifting class that will guide students through a full body workout that focuses on building strength and muscle. This class focuses on heavier weight/lower reps in a superset like fashion. Equipment utilized may include free weights, weighted body bars, medicine balls, resistance tubes, flex bands, stability balls, BOSU® trainers, etc.


TurboKick® is an addictive workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and simple dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kick® is an interval based class that allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out. Turbo Kick® is intense cardio kickboxing set to the most energetic, motivating music you will find that can burn up to 600 calories in one hour. After just one class, you will be addicted!

Zumba® fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away. Zumba® Fanatics achieve long term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exhilarating hour of caloric-burning, heart-racing, muscle-pumping, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements meant to engage and captivate for life! Add some Latin flavor and international zest into the mix and you've got ZUMBA®!

HardCoreFIRE: Inspired by Chalene Johnson's TurboFire™, HardCoreFIRE consists of HIIT (high intensity interval training) for the ultimate fat burning experience in a short amount of time. Class includes a warm up, 15 - 20 minutes of intervals, a cool down and stretching. This class is INTENSE!

PiYo™ is all about strength training and core conditioning for people who want to sweat their way to sculpted abdominals, increased core strength and greater stability. Developed by Powder Blue Productions, PiYo™ does all of that and more. This class is for those who color outside of the lines! It’s the perfect fusion equaling strength building, rhythmic movement and power with a foundation in Pilates and yoga that burns calories while transforming the body. It includes modifications so everyone can participate, yet offers progressions to challenge the more advanced, either way, you’ll get results.

Hip Hop Hustle™ blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise. Drop the pounds and get rapid results while you dance, dance, dance!

HardCoreSPIN is an indoor cycling class performed on stationary bikes. Your instructor will guide you through a cardio ride of varying speeds, resistance levels and intensities targeted at raising your heart rate, blasting calories and toning your body to upbeat and motivational popular music.

HardCoreCOMPLEX is the ultimate in total body conditioning. This 45 minute class will start off with 15 minutes of abdominal and glute exercises on the mat to warm up and strengthen the core. After core work, the class will move on to 15 - 20 minutes of complexes, which are a series of lifts performed back to back with no rest in between each exercise within the circuit using one piece of equipment (a barbell or a set of dumbbells), one load, one space. Complexes elevate the metabolism beyond anything you have ever felt before! After the complex portion of the class, the last 10 - 15 minutes is devoted to full body stretching.

HardCoreBOSU brings you the ultimate challenge. Improve your balance, stability, and core strength to maximum levels in this deep body defining class with exrecises performed on BOSU® trainers.

HardCoreASS&ABS 45 minutes of nothing but glutes and abs!

HardCoreBOOTCAMPis a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) class that combines high-intensity cardio drills with strength and toning intervals to provide the ultimate fat burning, heart pumping workout. A combination of calisthenics, plyometrics, sports drills, and solid conditioning exercises that will define, tone and strengthen your muscles, HIIT burns an average of 600 calories per hour! Not only is HIIT proven to blast more calories than high-volume, lower intensity aerobic workouts such as jogging or running, but it is also FUN! Ditch the boring monotony of the treadmill and get ready to sweat your glutes off! What are you waiting for... let's get ripped! Bootcamp is held outdoors starting in May and running through August.

Pilates Mat is open to students of all levels, as instructors will provide modifications for each exercise based upon each individual client’s needs and experience. This challenging and fun workout includes traditional STOTT PILATES® Mat exercises using a combination of small apparatus for assistance and resistance. Exercises are based upon the five STOTT PILATES® basic principles and focus on spinal alignment, proper form, core strength and stability. Classes include use of various combinations of the stability ball, resistance bands, circles, resistance cords, arc barrels, toning balls, and BOSU® trainers to provide you with a fun, challenging, mindful workout.

Pilates Equipment Classes

 

Semaphore on the Reformer Pilates Reformer will teach and guide students through the STOTT PILATES® Essential, Intermediate and Advanced Reformer repertoire. Unlike the traditional mat exercises, the Reformer now adds additional resistance through the use of springs to provide greater work to the extremities while intensifying the challenge to the core. Reformer group classes are limited to 4 students per class. Visit our web scheduler to sign up for your first Level 1 Reformer class!
Fusion combines use of the Reformer, Springboard, and various small mat apparatus, such as BOSU® Balance trainers, resistance tubes and bands, fitness circles, etc. Fusion
Reformer Jumpboard Interval combines Reformer exercises with plyometric/cardio intervals on the Reformer Jumpboard to get the heart rate pumping for a great fat-burning, muscle-toning combo. Reformer group classes are limited to 4 students per class.

Reformer Rentals are available in one hour slots for students experienced on the Pilates reformer for the price of a mat/fitness class. Predesigned workout sheets are available for every level to use during reformer rental.
 

Private Training

Personal Fitness Training
Each private session consists of 60 minutes of personal one-on-one training with a certified personal trainer. Personal training sessions are uniquely programmed based on the client's goals and desires, whether it be increased muscle mass and/or strength, training that will compliment a specific sport or athletic training, weight loss, etc. Free weights, weighted body bars, medicine balls, stability and balance trainers, resistance tubes/bands, and various other weight training equipment will be utilized.

Sit Up Combo on the Cadillac Private Pilates Training
Each private session consists of 60 minutes of personal one-on-one training with a highly qualified instructor who has been extensively trained in the STOTT PILATES® method. The client’s first private session will include a postural analysis, which will then be used to create customized programming based on individual needs. Students will be able to utilize each piece of equipment during private sessions, including the Reformer, Cadillac, Stability Chair and Ladder Barrel, as well as small mat apparatus including the stability ball, BOSU® Trainer, arc barrel, resistance bands, resistance cords and circles.

Duet Training
Workout with a friend! 60 minute duet sessions are a fun way to share your private sessions with a friend at a reduced price. Duet sessions may be traditional fitness or Pilates based and may involve use of any and all equipment in the studio.

Design A Class
